     ABOUT THE AUTHOR

    Elliot M. Rubinwas born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.

     A Midwood High School and Pace University graduate, he was a self-employed entrepreneur and did business for many years in Brooklyn, New York, and New Jersey.

    It was there he met most of the real-life characters he portrays in his crime books of fiction.

    He also writes poems, prayers, and books of Jewish humor and has been published in business trade journals, religious magazines, and poetry anthologies.

    Some of his poems are used in two colleges.

    A keen sense of humor and empathy can be felt as you read his poetry books and novels, feeling you are in the room with the people he writes about.
